The Structural Foundation: Choosing the right "hardware" and placing your "Anchor Points" (cheeses).
Fluid Dynamics: Engineering the perfect "Salami River" for movement and flow.
The No-Filler Policy: Identifying high-value artisan imports vs. space-filling bulk.
The Signature Finish: A live demonstration of the "Silva-style" Brie carve.
